Property Tax Information
Property Taxes represents a major source of support for the general operations and capital needs of the Maricopa Community College Districts. It is the main revenue source in the General Fund (Fund 1) budget. For Fiscal Year 2009-2010, property taxes amounts to $359,942,153 or equal to 56.69% of General Fund revenue budget of $634,915,087.
