Mission

As a provider of business process analysis services the OPAT is committed to infusing continuous process improvement, innovation, and standardization throughout MCCCD by:

• creating and promoting an innovative business process analysis methodology
• continuing to enhance the innovative methodology by anticipating the needs of Maricopa’s changing environment
• providing employees with training, coaching, and project oversight
• facilitating the development of best practices by encouraging collaboration among colleges and between departments
• advocating employee empowerment to continuously analyze processes and implement improvements
• ensuring that processes add value for the customers and exceed MCCCD quality standards
