Employee Recognition

The DOIT Employee Recognition Committee was created to establish a process to recognize individuals and teams from the District Office for personal and professional accomplishments, both formally and informally.

United Way

The goal of the DOIT United Way Committee is to develop and implement a successful fundraising campaign within the District Office in an effort to further support the diverse communities that we serve.

Diversity (Proposed)

The purpose of the DOIT Diversity Committee will be to promote the inclusion of all employees within our diverse work environment and our communities:

  • To provide opportunities for learning and interaction
  • To identify opportunities for greater inclusion
  • To recognize and celebrate the diversity of our employees

Wellness (Proposed)

The DOIT Wellness Committee is being established to support the Wellness Maricopa mission of empowering employees to make informed healthcare and lifestyle decisions to enhance their overall wellness. The Committee is committed to renewing enthusiasm for and commitment to wellness through all available education and communication avenues.
