MARICOPA OPPORTUNITIES
INNOVATION (INTERNAL) GRANTS
Administered through the district international & intercultural education office, International & Intercultural Innovation Grants are intended to foster innovation and project start-up in the Maricopa Community Colleges. Grants are funded on a competitive basis through a grant proposal process. Funding decisions are made by the district-wide International & Intercultural Education Steering Committee.
     
Eligibility:     Faculty/Employees
(author or co-author must be a full-time Maricopa Community College employee.)
Allocations Per Proposal:     No Maximum: Average Award = $2,500
Deadlines:    By 5PM on the first working day of the following months:
September, October, November, February, March, April, & May

FACULTY
Fulbright The Traditional Fulbright Scholar Program sends 800 U.S. scholars and professionals each year to more than 140 countries, where they lecture or conduct research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields. Application deadline for the traditional Fulbright program deadline for 2009-10 is March 1, 2008.

The Fulbright Senior Specialists Program provides short-term Fulbright grants of two to six weeks. Activities offer U.S. faculty and professionals opportunities to collaborate on curriculum and faculty development, institutional planning and a variety of other activities. Rolling Deadline. Rotary International The purpose of the Rotary Foundation's Ambassadorial Scholarships program is to futher international understanding and friendly relations among people of different countries. The program sponsors several types of scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students.
