Long-Term Contracts Search

Only contracts processed through the Office of General Counsel are searchable here. Long-term contracts are contracts that expire beyond the fiscal year in which they were processed. These are contracts with terms longer than one year and contracts with auto-renewal clauses that do not expire. Examples include software licenses, maintenance, service, and training agreements.

At the "Site to Search" pop-up menu, select your campus or "All Sites." In the "Keywords" field, you may search either by vendor or contract number. Type in the vendor name (do not use any punctuation marks, including periods, commas, etc.), or the contract number. You can also search for whole or partial words (ex: "Arizona" or "Ari"). Click the "search" button. Appropriate contracts will display.
