Food Assistance and Personal Resources

Food Assistance and Personal Resources

If you are experiencing food insecurity or need help accessing essential personal items, this page can connect you to local and statewide resources available to support you.

Maricopa Community Colleges can help you find resources, understand your options, and connect you with services such as food assistance programs, campus food pantries, and community support.

We do not provide direct benefits or determine eligibility for programs. Students are responsible for completing applications and following up directly with service providers.

Campus Food Pantries

Many of our campuses offer free food pantries and produce distribution events for students. Use the calendar below to find pantry hours and upcoming produce distribution events.

Explore Other Resources

If you need help accessing food, this page can help you find local and statewide resources—including food banks, meal programs, produce distribution programs, and search tools that can connect you with support near you. Resource details may change, so please check each provider’s website for the most current information.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

SNAP is a federal program that helps eligible individuals and families pay for groceries. The program is administered by the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES).

While Maricopa Community Colleges does not administer SNAP benefits, we can help you understand the application process and connect you to resources.

This video will provide tips and help you apply for nutrition assistance.
