Systemwide 2023-2026 Strategic Plan
The Maricopa County Community College District’s 2023-2026 Strategic Plan resulted from extensive collaboration among over 300 employees, students, and community members. This collective effort produced four key priorities: 1) Student Outreach and Success; 2) Economic Resources and Sustainability; 3) A Cohesive Identity; and 4) Organizational Talent.
As part of this effort, the Systemwide Strategic Enrollment Management (SSEM) Plan was developed to align our 10 colleges and the district office. The SSEM Plan unifies efforts to drive enrollment growth, optimize student success, and ensure high-impact practices are adopted systemwide while preserving each college's unique identity.
