Collaborating with leaders from the City of Phoenix, Dr. Gonzales has been instrumental in providing students with a competitive education while growing the number of public-private partnerships with industry leaders like Intel, Microsoft, and Apple—establishing Maricopa Community Colleges as one of Arizona’s largest workforce generators and a leader in innovative workforce development strategies.
