The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Educational Construction Trades Partnership: H.V.A.C.r Residential Service program is designed to provide entry-level training in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (H.V.A.C.r) systems, electricity, electronic controls, and general repair.
