IT Fundamentals
The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in IT Fundamentals is designed to provide the fundamental IT skills necessary for employment as a technician in a variety of industries. This certificate helps prepare students for the CompTIA ITF+ certification exam.
Details
This program is not eligible for Title IV Federal Financial Aid.
Students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program.
- Describe the basic components of computer hardware. (CIS101)
- Set up a computer workstation. (CIS101)
- Manage files and folders across platforms. (CIS101)
- Create quality documents using word processing programs. (CIS101)
- Produce quality visuals using presentation programs. (CIS101)
- Prepare quality spreadsheets using spreadsheet programs. (CIS101)
- Compose quality communication using email platforms. (CIS101)
