In partnership with Intel Corporation and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD), Chandler-Gilbert Community College, and Estrella Mountain Community College are excited to announce that registration for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Teaching and Learning Summit is now open.
What: This three-day conference is for educators, advocates, industry experts, and government liaisons to gain valuable insights to empower their higher education teams. It will also advocate for support and growth of AI ecosystems within their institutions and communities. Throughout the summit, participants will learn innovative strategies for launching a successful AI program at their institutions through creative teaching methods, strategic partnerships, and holistic program management.
Who: Anshul Sonak, Global Director of Digital Readiness Programs & Strategy for Intel, will deliver the opening Keynote Speech; Chris Camacho, President & CEO of GPEC, will present a Keynote Speech for Friday’s event. Notable presenters include Dr. Greg Peterson, President of Chandler-Gilbert Community College; Daniel Barajas, MCCCD Chief Officer of Workforce & Economic Development Strategy; Dr. Paula Livingston, Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs and Business Adjunct Faculty at Estrella Mountain Community College; Gabriela Rosu, Dean of Instruction at Chandler-Gilbert Community College; Jay Burris, Academic Program Manager for OpenVINO™ Toolkit; and Cristina Ortiz, Intel AI Education Manager.
