Religious Accommodations
Maricopa Community Colleges aim to foster an environment where all students are welcomed and supported with accommodations for religious and sincere beliefs.
We will accommodate the religious needs, observances, and practices of students, when requested. Follow these three steps:
- Review the Religious Accommodation Procedure and Religious Accommodation form.
- Complete the Religious Accommodation form.
- Submit your request at least two weeks in advance of the absence to your instructor.
Maricopa’s non-discrimination policy states, “Individuals will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship status (including document abuse), age, disability, veteran status or genetic information.”
