Student Canvas Support
Each of the Maricopa Community Colleges has a support system to assist students with their Canvas questions. Visit your college helpdesk page for hours of operation and contact information.
If you need assistance with Canvas after business hours, you can use the Canvas Student Guides for assistance, engage in a live Canvas Chat, submit a helpdesk ticket to a system administrator, or call 1-888-994-4433.
DUO Authentication
All students are required Duo two-factor authentication to log in to Canvas. Visit our DUO page for assistance or call 1-888-994-4433.
Maricopa Enterprise ID (MEID)
All students are assigned a unique Maricopa Enterprise ID (MEID) to use for logging into secure sites such as student email, the Student Information System, Canvas and more. Students create their own unique password. If you are unsure of your MEID, visit our Manage My Account page for assistance.
